A hair mask has been part of my daily routine ever since I started coloring my locks; since my hair's very fine, it's more prone to frizz, flyaway, and damage is more pronounced. I learned recently that bleaching is not for me as my hair's gotten completely dry. Now I need hair mask more than ever!

Know what? I don't necessarily dig the always on fleek, blinding highlighter look even if I love my highlighters. I guess it is because I have naturally oily skin and too much highlighter highlights the problem (pun intended).

Most of the time, I like my highlighters 'just right'; it's shiny, but not too much; it catches your eyes briefly like the ray of sun and goes away as you move around; most of all, I just want it to mimic the sun softly shining down on my face and hitting its highest points.

Most highlighters that offer this effect is quite rare in my opinion; it's either they're sparkly or made for Instagram (aka on fleek). That's why I'm pleased to discover Revlon Sunlit Dream Highlighting palette, a light to medium coverage highlighter quartet that's just like a ray of sunlight on your face!

Sarah Geronimo is the latest celebrity to enter the world of beauty entrepreneurship with Pop Studio. Made under iFace, the same makers of Lustrous by Nadine Lustre, this is the second celebrity- driven cosmetics line added to their portfolio and is officially launching this Friday through a concert.

I started listening to her songs after hearing the song 'Tala' in a visit to OBar, an LGBT club in Ortigas; I loved the song and this prompted me to look deeper into her discography. Sarah G., I realized, has pretty good songs! Great melody, great lyrics, and of course, phenomenal voice. I've been a fan ever since and yes, you can call me a Popster. :) My favorite songs of hers are Forever's Not Enough (OG Sarah G. song!), Kilometro, Misteryo, and of course, Tala.

Jeffree Star has finally opened in SM Megamall; I went to the launch and these are what I got.

To be honest, Jeffree's makeup is one of the thoughtfully- designed makeup products I own; the packaging down to the details are unique; they don't remind you of a similar product and doesn't make you wonder if these are just privately- labeled. The root beer fragrance that the lipsticks have is such a delight too; what a nice break from all the heavy floral and vanilla scents that almost all lipsticks bear.

I have 9 Velour Liquid Lipsticks in my collection; I love this liquid lipstick line because it's one of those rare formulas that my lips love; I have very dry lips and I can only tolerate a few liquid lipstick formulas and Jeffree Star's is one.
